A Neighbourhood Action Group, or NAG, consists of members of the local community supported by Police Officers and Police Community Support Officers, representatives from the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead and councillors.
Each NAG meets every 4 to 8 weeks and works to tackle a set of three priorities which have been decided by consultation with the local community. They will organise tasks and think of ideas to help solve the problems highlighted by the community.
To find out more about your local NAG chairperson, contact Betty Marlow on dhw_nag@yahoo.co.uk. Alternatively, why not pop into one of the police local surgeries and have a chat with them about what we are doing to reduce crime and anti-social behaviour in your area. You can also visit the Thames Valley Police website at http://www.thamesvalley.police.uk/yournh-nag or ring 0845 8 505 505 to speak to your local Neighbourhood Policing team.
We are also holding our Annual Public Meeting on Thursday 29th April at 2.30pm so why not come along and meet us in person.
